I would like to thank you for the help you have given me over the past month since we’ve been working together.  It has been the most successful endeavour of my entire sales career of over 12 years.

As you know I had been previously exposed to sales training which was very similar to the Sandler Sales System, but I found that I had hit a wall in conceptualizing the material and putting into practice in my business.  With your help, I have developed a more clear understanding of the 7 steps of the sales system and implement them into my daily activities. 

Most notably helpful for me was the clarification of the Up Front Contract.  Prior to grasping that concept, I would never have believed that a sale in my business of providing mid-to-high end Internet Business Solutions to SMEs could be concluded in one call.  This has now happened twice in the last 3 weeks, resulting in over $30K in sales from those two clients alone.

I also want to point out that your accessibility outside of President’s Club has been most valuable.  When I first started working with you, you helped me with my cold calling script; which resulted in one of the two sales noted above.  The script has been very successful in helping me bypass the gatekeepers and book appointments with presidents and owners who are prepared to make decisions.  You have responded to every email I’ve sent and every phone call I’ve made asking for additional help.  This above and beyond service has been extremely valuable.

In all, the last month has netted me over $90K in sales; a combination of making new contacts as well as using Sandler techniques to knock some longstanding prospects off the fence.  Already this year I have exceeded last year’s sales volume by 45% and the year isn’t even half over yet.

It has been around 10 months since I have enrolled in the Sandler Sales. As one of the founders of a fast growing consulting practice, I had doubts about the value of the President’s Club at the present stage of our business cycle and the investment it would entail. It wasn’t until a couple of months into the program did I really appreciate the strength of the program and the well thought-out mix of delivery and services bundled in the President’s Club. The CDs, Andrew’s consultations, team room tools, course material, and the weekly meetings all work well together to reinforce the selling system. I noticed the benefits and results to my business fairly quickly. By using a more effective approach than I was using previously, I was able to reduce the time spent on closing sales, as well as determining much earlier those opportunities that will not be successful.  

My ability to qualify myself to my prospects and for me to qualify my prospects, as well as confidence in bonding and rapport, has significantly increased due to the program. That, combined with application of the 7 step sales system has enabled me to become much more efficient with prospects, greatly diminishing the time from first contact to first invoice for several new clients.  

Of note, I greatly value the weekly sessions with other President’s Club members. Due to the project nature of my work, there are entire weeks where I have not been in a “sales situation”. Through class exercises, role playing, and discussion, the concepts and structure of the system are greatly reinforced. 

I consider myself fortunate that I did not delay enrollment. Without a doubt, the Sandler Sales System has improved growth and profitability this year and serves as a great base of knowledge for the future. As a business owner, it is comforting to have strong confidence in your ability to generate sales as you make investment decisions for continued growth.

Almost a year ago I had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Wall from Sandler Sales Institute, which was timely for my business progression. 

I was frustrated with “think it over” responses, stalls from prospects, and unpaid consulting.  I wanted to expand my prospecting activities without sacrificing valuable personal time.  I was not in control.

It’s been a little over a year since I started with Sandler, and I thought I would drop you a quick note to share with you some of my thoughts regarding the progress that my practice has experienced over that period of time.

I was first made aware of Andrew Wall through a business associate.  I was never keen on the idea of “sales” and so I was a bit weary of whether sales training was something that I would be comfortable with, never mind help my business.  But I was definitely not happy with my close rates and so after Andrew called me I didn’t think it could hurt to meet with him.

By the end of our meeting I was still a bit unsure if Sandler training would work for me and my specific industry (photography) but his confidence and thoroughness gave me enough confidence to take a leap of faith and sign with him that evening.

Both programs to-date have been very rewarding in that they offer a fairly logical and easily understood process to streamline the corporate sales approach.
